HISTORY:
Nymphadora Tonks was born on a cold and windy night. In the middle of December and in the middle of a blizzard. Andromeda and Ted were proud of their daughter, and when her hair started changing colors, it was simply a talent they accepted. When it was said that she was a metomorphamus, it was simply something else Ted and Andromeda loved about their daughter. From birth however, Nymphadora was hated by her mothers side of the family. A half blood, child of a muggle born and a pure blood, in the family blood line was nothing less then a disgrace. Disowned by Bellatrix and Narssica, sister to Andromeda, it was made clear that should Nymphadora dare try to make contact that she would be killed.

But Nymphadora, or Tonks, as she prefers, grew up just fine with out her pure blood family. And when she went to school Tonks became known for her clumsiness. Sorted into Hufflepuff Tonks was rather good with spells and charms. She excelled in potions and in transfiguration mostly. When Tonks left school she went into becoming an Auror. Though some people believed that to her clumsiness she might fail, but with a mentor like Mad-Eye Moody, Tonks passed with almost flying colors.

Tonks became a member of the Order of the Phoenix when Mad-Eye Moody started recruiting in the Ministry. That was when she met Remus. Tonks was instantly attracted to Remus. She knew at once that she liked him and when she got to know him and got closer to him, she realized she loved him. Remus seemed to be indifferent and simply not notice. So one night, when they were alone, Tonks came out and asked him if he had feelings for her. Though he admitted he did have feelings, he made it clear that it could never be. Tonks, was REALLY confused by this and demanded to know why. Remus said he was to old, to dangerous, to poor for her. Tonks, never even thinking of this told him it didn't matter to her, but Remus still refused.

Tonks entered a rather hard time in her life. Her metomorphmagus was off and her patronas changed forms and even more her while life went down hill. It wasn't till Dumbledors death that Remus finally let go and let him self be happy with Tonks. Tonks and Remus entered a wonderful time in their lives, which only got better with news of a baby on the way.
